I forgot to mention this yesterday. Here is the second post this week introducing Local Artists. Everyday this week will be dedicated to one artist who has sent a few of his/her works. Another member of Beta Theta Pi, Mike Lemont otherwise known as DJ Magnum Mike has put out some solid remixes. Expect more from this guy straight out of West Bath, Maine. For now Grab this one and get your party on. A direct quote from his Facebook Page,

"I've always been into music, I can thank my Dad for that. I've been exposed to so many types of music and love the evolution of music from 80 years ago to today. At the University of Maine I got my start DJing the underground fraternity party scene, namely at Beta. After a few gigs in Orono, I've moved down to southern Maine and have begun to work not only private parties and weddings, but also some of Portland's finest nightclubs, such as Oasis. I'll continue to keep spinning tracks for years to come as I'm so young on the scene, but I hope to keep music in the same perspective I have today, because at the end of the day, you can't be in it for the money or fame, you gotta be in it for the music and the ladies on the dancefloor."
